What do I need to prepare for the session?A reasonably private location - with earbuds/phones, a comfortable chair, and a phone, tablet, or computer if the session is remote. If in person, your hypnotist will provide guidance prior to the session.

How many sessions will I need?For smoking cessation, weight, and pain management, we leverage a 4 session series format to fully lock in the changes the client desires and track progress. All other session topics are on-demand. For example, deeper sleep can be achieved in one session. Deepening sleep, waking up even more rested, aware and alert can be dialed in on an as-needed basis.
